Aim and Scope of the Themed Issue

The Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is spreading globally and has become a serious public health problem that causes severe illnesses and deaths. In China, traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used to prevent and treat COVID-19. It is necessary to collect and share the experience and knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of COVID-19. In this themed issue, we will publish contents on COVID-19 in integrative respiratory medicine and invite researchers to submit the papers on clinical and basic studies, as well as precaution and public health strategy. The aim of the special issue will provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.

The types of articles include but are not limited to the following

  • Clinical studies
  • Case series/Case report
  • Systematic review/Meta-analysis
  • Experimental study
  • Opinion/Commentary

Submissions

All relevant papers will be carefully considered, evaluated by a distinguished team of international experts, and published in accordance to the Integrative respiratory medicine guidelines for authors. All the submissions can be submitted online via the journal’s submission and peer review site.
